helpful staff comfortable bed quiet room
The staff readily answered questions and were helpful when I needed parking information. Breakfast included plentiful and good options.. I found the room quiet and the bed comfortable. The hotel's proximity to the town centre was convenient.
The hotel's gym is open to the public, so it was quite busy . It felt less like a typical hotel gym.

convenient location clean room maintained pool
the location proved convenient, right by the science and industry museum , and access to the tram was simple , with old trafford only a couple of stops away. the room i had was very clean , which i appreciated. the hotel features a pool and sauna that are well-kept and easily accessible , a plus for relaxation after travel.
the lighting in the reception area felt a bit dim , it would benefit from brighter lights.

an okay stay with some issues
strong smoke smell car park malfunction
the room size was good which was a plus.
The smoke smell was strong in the bathroom one evening and i also noticed money had been taken from my account before checkout. This seemed incorrect. the car park gate did not want to open as i was leaving in the rain. this was inconvenient, and i had to wait several minutes for assistance.
